1993年10月。风景秀丽的海南省海口市。广州军区预备役部队组建10周年纪念大会在这里拉开了序幕。会上,湖北襄樊预备役师步兵第一团团长李荣新登台介绍了抓好基层建设的经验,捧回了军区授予的预备役部队基层建设先进团队的金匾。今年,在全师基层建设达标检查中,这个团再次名列榜首,全团22个连队100％达标,三分之一的连队进入全师达标先进单位行列。一团基层工作的活力从何而来?我们慕名了一次寻踪采访。
October 1993. The scenic Haikou City, Hainan Province. Guangzhou Military Region Reserve Force set up the anniversary of the 10th anniversary of the General Assembly here kicked off. At the meeting, Li Rongxin, head of the first regiment of the reservists division of Xiangfan in Hubei Province, introduced the experience of grasping the grassroots construction and took back the golden plaque granted by the military region to the advanced team of grassroots construction of reserve forces.
