中共中央、国务院召开的中央经济工作会议11月27日至29日在北京举行。会议从八个方面具体部署了明年的经济工作:一、增加城乡居民收入,培育国内消费需求;二、促进农业发展,扩大农村市场需求;三、继续实施积极的财政政策和稳健的货币政策;四、继续推进国有企业改革和其他各项改革;五、标本兼治,整顿和规范市场经济秩序;六、努力促进出口,扩大利用外资,做好入世应对工作;七、坚持实施科教兴国战略;八、转变政府职能,反对奢侈浪费。
The Central Economic Work Conference held by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council was held in Beijing from November 27 to 29. The meeting specifically arranged the economic work for next year from eight aspects: First, increasing incomes of urban and rural residents and fostering domestic consumer demand; second, promoting agricultural development and expanding rural market demands; third, continuing to implement proactive fiscal policies and prudent monetary policies; Fourth, continue to promote the reform of state-owned enterprises and other reforms; Fifth, both the symptoms and the root cause, rectify and standardize the market economic order; Sixth, efforts to promote exports, expand the use of foreign investment, do a good job in WTO entry; Seven, adhere to the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education; Eight , Change the government functions, oppose extravagance and waste.
