本文提出了在氢氧化钾介质中用1-(对硝基苯基)-3-(α-吡啶基)-三氮烯(NPPYT)分光光度测定痕量镉(Ⅱ)的高灵敏度方法。研究了在强碱性条件下用NPPYT测定痕量镉的最佳反应条件和Cd(Ⅱ)与NPPYT的络合比,考查了40余种阳、阴离子或化合物对测定的干扰情况。采用阴离子交换树脂分离干扰元素,然后用本法测定锌及锌净化液中的痕量镉(Ⅱ),结果良好。
In this paper, we propose a high sensitivity method for the spectrophotometric determination of trace cadmium (Ⅱ) with 1- (p-nitrophenyl) -3- (α-pyridyl) -triazene (NPPYT) in potassium hydroxide media. The optimum conditions for the determination of trace cadmium with NPPYT under strong alkaline conditions and the complexing ratio of Cd (Ⅱ) and NPPYT were investigated. The interference of more than 40 kinds of positive and negative ions or compounds on the determination was investigated. The anion exchange resin was used to separate the interference elements, and then the method was used to determine trace cadmium (Ⅱ) in the zinc and zinc purification solutions. The results were good.
