本文通过重轨50和工字钢56矫直力的现场测定,分析了矫直力测定波形和矫直过程,提出了按各矫直辊在各次弯曲过程中的矫直力分量,进行矫直力和弯曲力矩的计算方法,为矫直力测定分析提供了理论根据。文中列出了重轨50和工字钢56矫直力的实测数据,阐述了根据实测数据和各矫直辊的压下量,进行矫直力计算的实验方法,并作出了1300毫米八辊轨梁矫直机矫直力计算的诺模图。
In this paper, through the on-site determination of the straightening force of heavy rail 50 and I-56, the straightening force was measured and the straightening process was analyzed. The straightening force components of each straightening roller during each bending process were proposed.
