患儿男,6岁半,金××住院号115019,慢性腹泻、腹胀,反复发热近一年,于1981—10入院。患儿自1980年7月起,反复出现腹泻,大便呈黄色稀便。有时水样便,有时便带脓血,每日3～7次。原因不明的常有上腹部疼痛,有时呈发作性绞痛。无明显规律性,无里急后重感,常常错认为“慢性腹泻”或“消化功能紊乱”用助消化药症状不缓解,且症状逐渐加重,自1981年7月中旬,开始呈弛张热型,波动於38～40℃之间,热前每伴寒战,退热前出汗,自动下降到常温,不伴有任何症状,无不舒适感,玩耍如常。当热增高时皮肤出现不固定皮疹,有充血斑丘疹,多形性皮疹,粟粒大小的出血性丘疹,1～3天消失,分布于躯干,四肢较多。曾出现黄疸,肝损。
