体育教师考评,是指对体育教师的品德、学识、智能、成绩以及健康状况、性格等进行考察与评价。它是学校体育管理的重要环节。科学的考评,是体育教师的选拔、使用、培养、奖惩的重要方法。本文就体育教师考评的内容与方法作一简要分析、探讨。体育教师考评是一项综合性的工作,可划为三个方面:1 是他人对被考评者的客观评价和认识;2 是对被考评者的一些基本能力进行鉴定和测定;3 是对被考评者为社会付出的劳动的记载。这三个方面是互相交叉的,不能截然分开。做好这项工作的关键,是能否达到民主性和科学性
Physical education teacher evaluation, refers to the physical education teachers’ morality, knowledge, intelligence, achievement and health status, personality and so on to inspect and evaluate. It is an important part of school sports management. Scientific evaluation is an important method of selection, use, training, reward and punishment of physical education teachers. This article makes a brief analysis and discussion on the content and method of physical education teacher appraisal. Physical education teacher evaluation is a comprehensive work, which can be divided into three aspects: 1 is the objective evaluation and understanding of the person being evaluated; 2 is the identification and determination of some of the basic ability of the person being evaluated; 3 is the evaluation of being Critics of labor for the community to record. These three aspects are mutually interdependent and can not be completely separated. The key to doing this work is to achieve democracy and science
