2013年3月28日,航天科工海鹰集团成功收购卢森堡,这是航天科工与欧洲各国企业加强军民技术合作的重要步骤,是以强强联合模式提升航天科工国际竞争力的关键一步这是中国航天首次进行的大规模国际并购。当地时间2013年3月28日晚8点30分,中国驻卢森堡大使馆内洋溢着一派喜庆祥和的气氛。中国航天科工海鹰集团公司董事长致辞,向各方代表真诚致谢。出席晚会的有卢森堡政府、中国驻卢森堡大使馆、中国航天科工集团公司、IEE公司……大家共同庆祝海鹰集团成功收购IEE公司。
On March 28, 2013, Aerospace Science & Technology Haiying Group successfully acquired Luxembourg. This is an important step for Aerospace Science and Industry to enhance technical cooperation with civil and military enterprises in European countries. It is also a key step in enhancing the international competitiveness of China’s aerospace science and technology industry with the model of powerful alliance. This is the first large-scale international merger and acquisition by China Aerospace. At 8:30 on the evening of March 28, 2013, local time, the Chinese Embassy in Luxembourg embraced a happy and peaceful atmosphere. Chairman of China Aerospace Science and Industry Haiying Group Co., Ltd. delivered a speech and sincerely thanked all delegates for their dedication. Attending the party were the Luxembourg government, the Chinese Embassy in Luxembourg, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, IEE Company ... We all celebrated the successful acquisition of IEE company.
