2005年9月美国东部中外人士举行祭孔典礼。应主办方邀请,张伟仁先生作《祭孔子文》,颂于典仪中。经恳请,先生同意交本刊发表,以飨学子。张先生姑苏人,幼入私塾诵习经史。及长,攻读法学,获台大、耶鲁、哈佛法学学士、硕士、博士学位。后于台湾中研院研究中国法制及法理,并在我国台湾地区、欧美及内地任教,致力于诠释并比较中外法学,有相关著述多种,为当代著名法学耆宿。现正撰写《寻“道”:中国的政法智慧》一书。
In September 2005, Chinese and foreign parties in the eastern United States held a ceremony of sacrificial ceremonies. At the invitation of the organizer, Mr. Zhang Weiren made a speech entitled “Offering Confucius” to Song dynasty. After pleading, my husband agreed to pay the journal published in order to 飨 students. Mr. Zhang Gusu, young children into the private school chanting history. And long, studying law, by the Taiwan University, Yale, Harvard Law Bachelor, master’s, doctorate. After studying the Chinese legal system and jurisprudence at Taiwan’s Academia Sinica and teaching in Taiwan, Europe, the United States and the Mainland, he devoted himself to interpreting and comparing Chinese and foreign jurisprudence with a variety of writings. Is now writing “find ” Road “: China’s political wisdom” a book.
