新课程标准提倡自主、合作、探究的学习方式,老师只是一个引导者、组织者,学生才是课堂的主体。可在农村的语文课堂上我们遇到的情况却是:学生的合作讨论不是说闲话就是沉默,让很多老师不知所措,课改又成空谈。经过反思,笔者总结出以下症结:(1)学生的总体学习水平较差,遇到问题找不出解决方法;(2)学生的学习习惯较差,很多学生没有参与课堂讨论的习惯,他们很多都是被动地学习,教师要调动所有学生参与讨论的积极性难度较大;(3)教师看不到立竿
