教学反思是教学工作的重要组成部分。新课程把教学反思提高到前所未有的高度,称之为“教师专业发展和自我成长的核心因素”。美国著名教育心理学家波斯纳提出了教师成长公式:成长=经验+反思。因此,没有个人的思考,没有对自己经验的总结,教学就会是一种重复而单调的工作。教学反思是教师对自己教学工作每个环节的重新认识和深层思考。通过教学反思,教师可以将“学会教学”和“学会学习”结合起来,从而提高教学方式的可行
Teaching reflection is an important part of teaching.
