自广东省推动产业转移以来,取得了显著的成效,珠三角地区帮扶东西北地区的模式已经建立,但是在珠三角企业向东西北地区转移的过程中,也出现了一些问题。本文从珠三角企业转移的意愿和动机出发,研究珠三角企业转移进程中存在的障碍,剖析产业转移园区的吸引力要素,在此基础上提出提升园区吸引力和服务能力的对策。
Since the promotion of industrial transfer in Guangdong Province, remarkable achievements have been made. The pattern of helping the Pearl River Delta region to assist the east and northwest regions has been established. However, some problems arose during the transfer of enterprises from the Pearl River Delta to the northwestern part of the country. Based on the willingness and motivation of enterprises transferring from Pearl River Delta, this paper studies the obstacles existing in the transfer of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta, analyzes the attractive elements of the industrial transfer park, and puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the attractiveness and service ability of the park.
