沉毅笃行 为中国农业机械化事业的腾飞——专访著名农业机械化专家高焕文

前言千百年来,人类对于辽阔大地有着各种各样的神奇遐想、神话和探索的故事。人类从进入文明时代开始,就不断的认识自己,认识周围的事物,经过一代又一代人的不懈努力,大地的奥秘不断被揭示出来。中国是一个历史悠久的文明古国,是人类的发祥地之一,拥有人类历史上不可替代的光辉灿烂的民族文化。距今 170万前,已有脱离动物界的原始人类生活在这片辽阔的土地上。当时尚末产生农业,原始人类依靠采集和渔猎为生, 中国古代传说中的有巢氏“构木为巢”、燧人氏“钻燧取火”’和伏羲氏“以佃以渔”就是这个时代。然而,随着人口的增长和采集渔猎的强化,人类常常面临饥饿的威胁。如何获得稳定而可靠的食物来源成了农业起源的动力。距今1 万至4000年前,生活在这块土地上的先人们创始了农业。纵观历史,中国农业的发展史见证了中国人民的勤劳和智慧。而今,经过半个多世纪的发展,机械化集约农业已经成为国家农业生产的主要形式。农业机械是现代农业的重要物质基础,是农业现代化的重要内容和标志。农民和农业生产经营组织是发展农业机械化的主体。加快农业机械化的发展,既是改善农民生产生活条件、提高农业劳动生产率的重要措施,也是缩小城乡差别、提高农业和农村经济整体水平的重要条件,对于巩固发展我国农业基础地位,坚持以人为本,促进农业和农村经济全面、协调、可持续发展具有重要意义。带着对农业机械化领域的好奇,笔者慕名采访了中国农业大学教授、著名农业机械化专家高焕文。 Foreword For thousands of years, mankind has all kinds of magical reverie, myths and exploration stories about the vast land. Since mankind entered the era of civilization, we have been constantly recognizing ourselves and understanding the things around us. Through the unremitting efforts of generations after generations, the mysteries of the earth have been constantly revealed. As an ancient civilization with a long history, China is one of the birthplaces of mankind and has a glorious national culture irreplaceable in the history of mankind. Before the 1.7 million, there have been the original human life from the animal kingdom in this vast land. At the time when agriculture was not yet produced, the primitive humans relied on acquisitions and hunting for a living. In ancient Chinese legends there were “nesting of nesting woods”, “Sui Renshi” and “Fu Shan” . However, as populations grow and fishing and hunting intensify, humans are often at risk of hunger. How to obtain a stable and reliable food source has become the driving force of agricultural origin. Between 10,000 and 4,000 years ago, the pioneers who lived on this land started agriculture. Throughout history, the history of the development of agriculture in China has witnessed the hard work and wisdom of the Chinese people. Today, after more than half a century of development, mechanized intensive agriculture has become the main form of agricultural production in the country. Agricultural machinery is an important material foundation of modern agriculture and an important content and symbol of agricultural modernization. Farmers and agricultural production and management organizations are the main body of the development of agricultural mechanization. Accelerating the development of agricultural mechanization is not only an important measure to improve peasants’ production and living conditions and improve agricultural labor productivity, but also an important condition for narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and raising the overall agricultural and rural economy. It is also an important condition for consolidating and developing our country’s agricultural basic position and adhering to the principle of putting people first and promoting agriculture And rural economy is comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of great significance. With curiosity in the field of agricultural mechanization, I interviewed a professor of China Agricultural University, a famous agricultural mechanization expert Gao Huanwen.
