知识结构是高职数学教师素质内涵的一个重要维度,高职教育改革、职教理念与教学模式的创新对数学教师的知识结构提出了新的要求。知识结构包括:胜任高职数学教学工作的基础性知识,保障教学质量有效提高的数学教学知识,促进教师自我完善与保持可持续发展的拓展性知识。高职数学教师应当建构从事数学教学与研究必备而完善的“知识结构”。
Knowledge structure is an important dimension of high school mathematics teachers’ connotation. The reform of higher vocational education, the concept of vocational education and the innovation of teaching model put forward new requirements on the knowledge structure of mathematics teachers. The structure of knowledge includes the basic knowledge of competent math teaching in higher vocational colleges, the teaching of mathematics to ensure the effective improvement of teaching quality and the expansion of teachers’ self-improvement and sustainable development. Higher vocational mathematics teachers should construct mathematics teaching and research necessary and perfect “knowledge structure ”.
