鲎试验是用来测定检品中细菌内毒素的一种新方法。现广泛用于临床及食品卫生检验。82年初以来,我室将鲎法用于清热解毒中药的筛选,方法简便切实可行。现报道如下: 材料(1)大肠杆菌内毒素(O_(111)B_4菌株):精制成冻干内毒素。上海生物制品所批号8003。临用前用无菌生理盐水配成2ng/ml。(2)鲎试剂(甲种):冻干装。厦门医药研究所批号811210。每支用0.5ml无热原蒸馏水稀释。(3)
The limulus test is a new method for the determination of bacterial endotoxins in test products. Now widely used in clinical and food hygiene inspection. Since the beginning of the year 82, the method used in the debridement and detoxification of traditional Chinese medicine has been used in our laboratory. The method is simple and practical. Now reported as follows: Materials (1) E. coli endotoxin (O_(111)B_4 strain): refined into lyophilized endotoxin. Shanghai Biological Products Co., Ltd. Lot No. 8003. Before use with sterile saline formulated into 2ng/ml. (2) limulus reagent (A species): freeze-dried equipment. Xiamen Medical Research Institute, batch number 811210.
