目的研究红树植物厦门老鼠簕(Acanthus ilicifolius Linn.var.xiamenensis(R.T.Zhang)Y.F.Deng)地上部分的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等手段对其地上部分的化学成分进行分离纯化;通过理化性质、波谱数据并结合文献对照,鉴定化合物的结构。结果从厦门老鼠簕地上部分的石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取层中分离得到11个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:2-苯并噁唑啉酮(1)、2-羟基-2H-1,4-苯并噁嗪-3(4H)-酮(2)、豆甾醇十八烷酸酯(3)、β-谷甾醇十八烷酸酯(4)、β-谷甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、棕榈酸(7)、十八烷酸(8)、二十四烷醇(9)、二十八烷醇(10)和β-谷甾醇(11)。结论化合物1~11均为首次从厦门老鼠簕中分离得到。化合物1、2、3、4、5、6对人白血病细胞株(K562),人胰腺癌细胞(PANC-1)和人胰腺癌细胞(BxPC-3)均无抑制作用。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the aerial part of mangrove plant Acanthus ilicifolius Linn.var.xiamenensis (R.T.Zhang) Y.F.Deng. Methods The constituents of the aboveground parts were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties, spectral data and literature references. Results Eleven monomer compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extracts of the aerial part of the rat, and were identified as 2-benzoxazolone (1), 2-hydroxy-2H-1,4 -benzoxazin-3 (4H) -one (2), stigmasterol octadecanoate (3), β-sitosterol octadecanoate (4) Glucoside (5), stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (6), palmitic acid (7), octadecanoic acid (8), tetracosanol (9) Stearyl alcohol (10) and β-sitosterol (11). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 11 were isolated from Xiamen rat for the first time. Compounds 1,2,3,4,5,6 showed no inhibitory effect on human leukemia cell line K562, human pancreatic cancer cell line PANC-1 and human pancreatic cancer cell line BxPC-3.
