目的建立一种离子对高效液相色谱快速分离和测定依诺沙星、环丙沙星、氟罗沙星、诺氟沙星、司帕沙星的方法。方法采用HypersilODS2柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为11mmol.L-1四丁基溴化铵溶液(含0.5%三乙胺)-乙腈(96:4)用冰醋酸调pH为4.2,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长280nm。结果在20min内5种氟喹诺酮类药物(fluoroquinolones,FQS)分离完全,线性范围分别为依诺沙星和诺氟沙星为4~100μg.mL-1,环丙沙星和氟罗沙星为5~90μg.mL-1,司帕沙星为8~100μg.mL-1(r>0.9994),检测限依诺沙星和诺氟沙星为0.8μg.mL-1,环丙沙星为1.0μg.mL-1,氟罗沙星为0.9μg.mL-1,司帕沙星为1.2μg.mL-1。结论本方法简便快速、准确、重复性好。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid ion-pair HPLC method for the separation and determination of enoxacin, ciprofloxacin, fleroxacin, norfloxacin and sparfloxacin. Methods Hypersil ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 11 mmol. L-1 tetrabutylammonium bromide solution (containing 0.5% triethylamine) , Flow rate 1.0mL.min-1, detection wavelength 280nm. Results Fluoroquinolones (FQS) were separated completely within 20 min. The linear range of enrofloxacin and norfloxacin was 4 ~ 100 μg · mL-1, while that of ciprofloxacin and fleroxacin was 5 ~ Sparfloxacin was 8 ~ 100μg.mL-1 (r> 0.9994), detection limit enoxacin and norfloxacin 0.8μg.mL-1, ciprofloxacin 1.0μg .mL-1, fleroxacin 0.9μg.mL-1, sparfloxacin 1.2μg.mL-1. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible.
