“农超对接”模式是指农户和商家签订意向性协议书,由农户向超市、菜市场和便民店直供农产品的新型流通方式。这种模式主要是为优质农产品进入超市搭建平台,其本质是将现代流通方式引向广阔农村,将千家万户的小生产与千变万化的大市场对接起来,构建市场经济条件下的产销一体化链条。“农超对接”模式自2008年由商务部与农业部联手推行以来,引发了社会各界的广泛关注。本文从产业升级的角度,通过分析农超对接过程中出现的困境,结合二元经济理论和农业产业化的实践,提出组织对接是当前农超对接模式的发展重心的结论。
“Farm Super Docking ” mode refers to the new mode of circulation of agricultural products directly signed by farmers and merchants to supermarkets, vegetable markets and convenience stores. This model is mainly for high-quality agricultural products into the supermarket to build a platform, its essence is to lead the modern means of circulation to the vast rural areas, will be tens of thousands of small-scale production and the ever-changing market docking up, build a market economy under the conditions of production and marketing integration chain . Since the joint implementation of MOFCOM and Ministry of Agriculture in 2008, “Supermarket Supermarket” has aroused widespread concern in the community. In this paper, from the perspective of industrial upgrading, by analyzing the predicament in the process of agricultural super-docking, combined with the dual economic theory and the practice of agricultural industrialization, it is proposed that the organization docking is the focus of development of the current mode of agricultural super-docking.
