《仪表材料》自创刊以来,已经历了十个寒暑。回顾刊物的成长过程,确实使人兴奋感慨。我们这个刊物,是在“四人帮”横行、国家动乱时期、经费不足、人员不齐、物质条件十分短缺的条件下创刊的。尤其难能可贵的是十年来顶住了干扰,坚持不断地扩大发行。这种精神值得大家学习。十年来,《仪表材料》及时介绍了国内新型仪表材料的科研成果和新产品,交流了用户的使用经验,报导了行业活动情况及国外技术发展动态,刊登了技术讲座和发表了一些专业述评。从而促进了互相学习,交流经验,对仪表材料的发展做出了一定的贡献。因此,在行业中赢得了一定的声誉。值此创刊十周年之际,我代表国家仪器仪表工业总局,向编辑部的
Since its inception, Instrument Materials has experienced ten years of cold and heat. Reviewing the growth process of publications really excites people. Our publication is started under the conditions of rampant “gang of four”, the period of national unrest, under-funding, staff irregularities and material conditions.
