本文对17种有机磷农药进行了气相色谱定性分析,对其中11种有机磷农药作了定量分析方法的研究,筛选出七根色谱柱及有关色谱最佳条件,全面系统地建立了微量有机磷农药气相色谱定性、定量分析方法。为了解决生物样品中各种有机磷农药的提取方法,本文设计了从胃、肝、血、尿中提取、净化11种有机磷农药的方法并测定其回收率。用本方法提取、净化生物样品中农药,其回收率大部分超过80%。
In this paper, 17 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides were analyzed qualitatively by gas chromatography, of which 11 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides were studied quantitatively, screening seven columns and the chromatographic optimum conditions, the establishment of a comprehensive and systematic trace organic phosphorus Pesticide gas chromatography qualitative and quantitative analysis method. In order to solve the extraction methods of various organophosphorus pesticides in biological samples, this paper designed a method of extracting and purifying 11 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides from stomach, liver, blood and urine and determined the recovery rate. With this method to extract and purify pesticides in biological samples, the recovery rate is mostly over 80%.
