1986～1987年,笔者曾先后在美国明尼苏达大学、Mayo Clinic 和麻省总院进修一年。现就一年中的见闻,结合有关文献,对美国临床神经外科某些方面的现状作一概述。因了解面所限,难免错谬偏颊,仅供参考。一般情况据1985年公布的资料,美国共有神经外科医生(不包括住院医)2997人,约占人口总数的1/7.6万。在世界各国中,仅次于日本。在开展神经外科手术的217个单位中,年手术量超过500例的有80个,其中19个超过1000例。
From 1986 to 1987, I studied at the University of Minnesota, Mayo Clinic and Massachusetts General Hospital for one year. Now on the year’s knowledge, combined with the relevant literature, the United States clinical neurosurgery in some aspects of the status of an overview.
