报告100例癫痫免疫功能测定结果,发现原发性癫痫儿童组IgG、IgM显著降低,15岁以上组IgM显著增高,IgG显著降低。继发性癫痫儿童组IgM亦显著降低。服用苯妥因钠组IgA显著降低,而未服药组未见明显异常。测抗核抗体52例,阳性率为42.3%(正常人低于10%),用药组尤占多数。测循环免疫复合物96例,阳性率达46.8%。测总T—玫瑰花环试验29例,花环形成率降低者占35.1%(不论用药与否均有降低)。测C_3100例,与正常人比较无显著差异。从以上测定的各项免疫指标观察,癫痫患者既存在非药物性免疫异常,亦有药物性免疫异常。

From the above determination of the immune indicators observed in patients with epilepsy both non-drug-induced immune abnormalities, but also drug-induced immune abnormalities.
