研究了低碳Mn-Si-Mo-B钢在不同热处理条件下的组织与性能。结果表明,本材料具有较高的空冷淬透性,在简单的正火条件下得到综合机械性能良好的B粒+M组织,以其取代20Mn2B制造连接环是可行的。
The microstructure and properties of low carbon Mn-Si-Mo-B steel under different heat treatment conditions were studied. The results show that this material has high air-cooled hardenability. It is feasible to obtain the B grains + M structure with good mechanical properties under simple normalizing conditions. It is feasible to use this material instead of 20Mn2B.
