氧化钴是硬质合金主要原料之一,其中含有铁、锰、镍、钙、钠等杂质,而钙、钠对硬质合金的性能影响极大。原有的分析方法不能满足生产要求,加之,需要用红快型或红特硬型光谱干板,目前货源困难。为了提高分析质量和分析速度,制定了光谱法测定Fe、Mn、Ni、Ca、Na的分析方法。试验中对载体和载体加入量、电极形状和装料方式、激发电流和锌对钠的干扰进行了研究。试验结果,在光谱纯石墨粉中加入4%的氟化锂作缓冲剂,缓冲剂与标准试样或分析试样的重量比为1:1。
Cobalt oxide is one of the main raw material of cemented carbide, which contains iron, manganese, nickel, calcium, sodium and other impurities, and calcium and sodium have a great impact on the performance of cemented carbide. The original analytical methods can not meet the production requirements, combined with the need for red fast or red special hard-type spectrum plate, the current supply difficulties. In order to improve the quality and speed of analysis, the analytical method for the determination of Fe, Mn, Ni, Ca and Na by spectrometry was developed. In the experiment, the carrier and carrier loading, electrode shape and loading mode, excitation current and interference of zinc on sodium were studied. As a result, 4% lithium fluoride was added to the spectrum-pure graphite powder as a buffer, and the weight ratio of the buffer to the standard sample or the analytical sample was 1: 1.
