省教委主动请缨,利用成人教育所具有的直接有效地为经济建设服务的独特功能,参与扶贫攻坚行动,受到了省委、省政府领导的充分肯定。现将《省教委关于成人教育为扶贫攻坚服务的意见》转发给你们,望认真研究,支持抓落实。实施扶贫攻坚工程是省委、省政府既定的重要战略目标,也是全省的一项紧迫的艰巨任务。如期实现这一目标,不仅需要党委、政府和扶贫部门加大工作力度,而且需要全省各部门积极参与,通力合作。各地、各部门要结合实际,借鉴省教委的作法,主动发挥自身优势,积极为扶贫攻坚服务,坚持不懈地抓落实,为我省扶贫攻坚作出新贡献。
Provincial Education Commission volunteered to take advantage of the unique functions of adult education that directly and effectively serve the economic construction and took part in the crucial task of helping the poor so that they were fully affirmed by the leaders of the provincial party committee and government. Now “Provincial Board of Education on Adult Education for Poverty Alleviation Service” comments forwarded to you, hopefully study, support the implementation. The implementation of poverty alleviation and fortification project is an important strategic goal set by the provincial party committee and government and an urgent and arduous task of the whole province. Achieving this goal on schedule should not only require the party committees, governments and poverty alleviation departments to step up their efforts, but also require the departments of the entire province to actively participate in and cooperate with each other. All localities and departments should, in light of the actual situation, draw lessons from the provincial education commission and take the initiative to give play to their own advantages and actively serve the crucial sectors in helping the poor and persevere in their efforts to make new contributions to tackling the crucial task of alleviating poverty in our province.
