一、自动线概况 UX140型传动又Φ39耳孔加工自动线,是上海第十机床厂和大连组合机床研究所共同为我厂设计制造的。这条自动线用于加工不同车型的孔径相同、外形不同的七种传动叉耳孔。这七种传动叉除定位和夹紧不同外,加工部位和尺寸完全相同,只要采用不同的随行夹具,七种叉子都可以同时在线上混合加工。全线采用30个随行夹具。这条线经过几年攻关调试,实践证明,自动线在总体布局,加工工艺,电气,工装等方
