各位理事、各位代表、同志们: 今天,中国风景园林学会在此召开第二次理事和团体会员代表会议,我受常务理事会的委托作两年来学会工作报告。两年来,由于全体理事及会员的共同努力,各方面工作取得了不少成绩。在风景园林行业发展中,学会发挥了作用,产生了重要的影响。正如建设部部长侯捷在去年召开的建设部社团工作座谈会上所讲的,“多年的实践告诉我们,要高质量、高效率地履行好国务院赋予我部的各项职能,就必须更加重视发挥好各种建设社团组织的作用。这不仅是建立社会主义市场经济体制的客观要求,也是政府机构改革与职能转变的必然趋向”。侯部长把部机关各司局与部属各社团比喻为两个“拳头”、两者之间要相辅相承、互相合作,才能充分发挥彼此的作用,把建
Members, delegates, and comrades: Today, the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture held its second meeting of directors and representatives of group members. I was commissioned by the standing council to work on the work report for two years. In the past two years, thanks to the joint efforts of all directors and members, many achievements have been made in all aspects. In the development of the landscape industry, the society has played a role and has had an important influence. As the Minister of Construction Hou Jie said in a symposium organized by the Ministry of Construction of the Ministry of Construction last year, “The practice of many years tells us that we must pay more attention to the high-quality and high-efficiency performance of all functions assigned to us by the State Council. We must play a full role in building community organizations. This is not only an objective requirement for establishing a socialist market economic system, but also an inevitable trend for the reform of government agencies and their functions.“ Minister Hou compared the divisions of ministries and agencies with the subordinate groups as two ”fists". They must complement each other and cooperate with each other in order to fully realize their roles.
