测定了乳腺正常、增生症、纤维瘤和浸润导管癌组织的Fourier变换红外光谱 ,应用去卷积、二阶导数和曲线拟合方法处理酰胺Ⅰ带 ,获得乳腺组织中蛋白质二级结构的组成 .结果表明 ,这些组织中蛋白质二级结构的组成之间存在着显著的差异 .纤维瘤的变化最明显 ,非典型螺旋结构是螺旋结构的主要成分 ;癌变组织中分子间β 折叠与分子内 β 折叠相对含量的比值最高 .乳腺组织中蛋白质二级结构组成的分析对乳腺组织的类型和良、恶性质的鉴别将具有重要意义 .
Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra of normal breast, hyperplasia, fibroma and infiltrating ductal carcinoma tissues were determined. The amide Ⅰ band was treated with deconvolution, second derivative and curve fitting method to obtain the secondary structure of protein in breast tissue. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the composition of protein secondary structure in these tissues.The most obvious changes of fibroids, atypical helical structure is the main component of the helical structure; cancerous tissue β-sheet intermolecular and intra-β-sheet Relative content of the highest ratio of breast tissue protein secondary structure analysis of breast tissue types and benign and malignant nature of the identification of great significance.
