在世界上,社会保障很多方面都是相通的。我们要学习欧盟的经验,但我们不是照搬硬套、不是平移,而是从符合我国的国情出发,有选择性地借鉴。
In the world, social security is interlinked in many aspects. We should learn from the experience of the European Union. However, we do not copy or apply the principle of translation. Instead, we should learn from the specific conditions of our country and selectively learn from it.
