四川资中县公民镇金竹林村有60名留守儿童。为了帮助孩子们努力学习、健康成长,2008年,村关工委常务副主任陈茂德和其他成员一起,走村串户,对全村留守儿童的学习成绩、品德等作了登记,并成立了一支有35名儿童组成的儿童互助团,选出了团长一人,副团长4人,陈茂德任儿童互助团的辅导员,并制定了儿童互助团的职责及“十要”“十不要”的团规,印发人人一份,以便督促对照。
There are 60 left-behind children in Jinzhulin Village, a citizen town in Zizhong County, Sichuan Province. In order to help children to study hard and grow healthily, in 2008, Chen Maode, executive deputy director of MUGGC, and other members walked the village together to register and set up academic achievements and moral qualities of left-behind children in the village. A children’s mutual aid group consisting of 35 children selected one head of the delegation, four deputy heads of state, and Chen Mao-de as a counselor for the children’s mutual aid group.
