元代的警迹与警迹人

元代的刑罚制度,受中原汉族封建王朝的影响很深,但和前代相比,它又有所发展和创新,独具时代特色,而警迹制度就是这方面的一个很好例证。警迹,又作景迹、影迹。有关警迹一词的含义,比较恰当的如《明律集解附例》所云:“警是巡警之意,迹如踪迹之迹。谓充巡警之役以踪迹盗贼之徒,盖以盗捕盗之法也。”①警迹一词,并不是元朝才开始出现的,北宋的李元弼在其《作邑自箴》一书中就曾有过这
