目的了解广东地区生物安全柜的安全性能,呼吁各个生物安全柜使用单位加强生物安全柜的维护,保障实验室生物安全。方法对广东地区检验检疫局和疾病预防控制中心等单位委托检测的生物安全柜性能检测结果进行分析,按照标准JG 170—2005对垂直风速、工作窗口风速、洁净度、气流方向、送风高效过滤器检漏、排风高效过滤器检漏、噪声、照度等8个项目进行检测。结果 112台生物安全柜整体合格率为67.86%。工作窗口风速合格率最低,为89.29%,检测合格率最高的是垂直风速,为96.43%,其他各项合格率均在90%以上。结论委托检测的生物安全柜整体合格率较低,8个检测项目均有不合格的生物安全柜。生物安全柜存在安全隐患,设备管理部门和使用部门应加强管理,保障实验室生物安全。
Objective To understand the safety performance of biological safety cabinets in Guangdong, and to urge all biological safety cabinets units to strengthen the maintenance of biological safety cabinets and ensure the laboratory biological safety. Methods The performance test results of biological safety cabinets commissioned by Guangdong Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and CDC were analyzed. According to the standard JG 170-2005, the vertical wind speed, working window wind speed, cleanliness, airflow direction, Leak detection, exhaust high efficiency filter leak, noise, illumination and other eight projects for testing. Results The overall qualified rate of 112 biological safety cabinets was 67.86%. The lowest passing rate of wind speed in working window is 89.29%. The highest passing rate is 96.43%. The passing rates of other items are above 90%. Conclusion The overall qualified rate of biosafety cabinets commissioned for testing was low, and all the eight test items had unqualified biosafety cabinets. Biological safety cabinet there is a security risk, equipment management and the use of departments should strengthen management to ensure laboratory biosafety.
