目的:对比观察两种电位,为临床低频听力检测提供适宜指标。方法:将球形电极置于豚鼠圆窗膜上,引导出两种听觉诱发电位,即耳蜗电图慢成分( S W C- Ecoch G)和听觉早潜伏期 40 Hz相关电位(40 Hz A E R P- E L R)。结果:两种电位的共同特点是频率响应好,波形稳定,易辨认,反应阈值低;40 Hz A E R P- E L R 的振幅与声强始终成正比。阈值时略高于 S W C- Ecoch G,但差异不显著( P> 005)。结论:这两种电位为临床及科研的低频听力检测提供良好的客观指标。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the two potentials and provide appropriate indexes for clinical low frequency hearing tests. METHODS: A spherical electrode was placed on a guinea pig round window membrane and led to two auditory evoked potentials, S W C-Ecoch G and 40 Hz AEP - E L R). Results: Common characteristics of the two potentials are good frequency response, stable waveform, easy recognition and low response threshold. The amplitude of 40 Hz A E R P E L R is always proportional to the sound intensity. The threshold value was slightly higher than that of S W C-Ecoch G, but the difference was not significant (P> 005). Conclusion: These two potentials provide good objective indicators for clinical and scientific research of low-frequency hearing tests.
