为探讨大气污染对儿童血清 Ig E水平的影响,在本溪市采用酶联免疫吸附试验对重污染区和轻污染区内一、六年级302 名小学生进行了 Ig E抗体水平调查,结果表明:在两个地区 Ig E抗体阳性率和抗体水平≥150 I U/m L者所占比例重污染区高于轻污染区,相同地区一年级明显高于六年级。说明年龄小,对大气污染物等变应源敏感,大气污染物对儿童免疫功能有一定影响。
In order to investigate the impact of air pollution on serum IgE level in children, the level of IgE antibody in 302 primary and secondary school students in heavy pollution area and light pollution area was investigated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in Benxi. The results showed that The positive rate of Ig E antibody in both regions and the proportion of antibody level ≥150 I U / m L in heavily polluted area were higher than those in light polluted area, and the first grade in the same area was significantly higher than the sixth grade. Description of small age, sensitive to atmospheric pollutants and other sources of change, air pollutants have a certain impact on children’s immune function.
