构筑组织好比修筑城池。修筑完美的城池首先必须建造坚固的石墙。然而,石墙并非都是由巨石—优秀人才构成。巨石与巨石之间必须填埋小石块。每个险要之处,若没有巨石之间填埋的小石块,石墙必然会脆弱不堪,一触即溃。由稻盛和夫创办,具有世界规模的超优秀企业京瓷公司的总部,就坐落在京都市伏见区竹田鸟羽殿町。而这里,正是象征着西乡隆盛敲开明治维新大门的“鸟羽·伏见之战”的发生地。
