静脉溶栓治疗是抢救急性心肌梗死(AMI)的有效措施,尽早再灌注可以保存坏死心肌周围尚未至不可逆损伤的心肌,而缩短患者就诊后至获得有效溶栓的时间是保证患者在溶栓治疗时间窗内接受溶栓治疗的关键〔1〕现就我院急诊科2009年1月-2010年12月开通急诊绿色通道静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)16例疗效分析如下。
