The meeting listened to the report of the design and manufacture of Xi’an Heavy Machinery Research Institute and Shandong Laiyang Heavy Machinery Heavy Machinery Works, the standardized review report made by Shandong Machinery Design Institute and the use of Xuzhou Heavy Machinery Works (users). Participants also cited the uncoiling unit leveled field test. After careful discussion, the participants agreed that the prototype manufacturing is successful, well-designed, novel structure, basically up to
