目的了解延安市学生心理健康状况,为将来的心理干预提供参考。方法分层抽取延安大学及延安市某重点中学学生为调查对象,对学生进行SCL-90量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表心理评估。结果 SCL-90结果:中学生各因子均分在1.75~2.20,大学生各因子均分在1.42~1.95,均高于全国青年常模,中学生各因子得分均高于大学生(P﹤0.0005)。中学生各因子≥2的检出率在61.58%~32.62%,大学生在40.02%~18.87%,中学生中≥3检出率合计55.93%,大学生合计31.30%;焦虑自评结果:中学生均分是(35.42±4.35)分,大学生(32.34±3.72)分,医学专业生(32.97±4.35)分,轻度焦虑在不同教育层次中差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);抑郁自评结果:中学生均分(39.61±5.55)分,大学生(36.78±4.90)分,医学生(38.36±4.28)分,轻度抑郁在不同教育层次有差异。结论延安市学生的心理健康水平普遍较低,尤其是中学生,学校是促进学生健康和谐发展的主要场所。
Objective To understand the mental health status of students in Yan’an and to provide reference for future psychological intervention. Methods Stratified extraction Yan’an University and a key middle school student in Yan’an City for the survey, students SCL-90 scale, anxiety self-rating scale, depression self-rating scale psychological evaluation. Results SCL-90 results: The factors of middle school students were all in the range of 1.75-2.20. The average score of each factor was 1.42-1.95 in college students, which were all higher than that of national youth. The scores of all the factors in middle school students were higher than those in college students (P <0.0005). Secondary school students each factor ≥ 2 detection rate of 61.58% ~ 32.62%, college students in 40.02% ~ 18.87%, secondary school students ≥ 3 detection rate of 55.93%, college students total 31.30%; anxiety self-evaluation results: 35.42 ± 4.35), 32.34 ± 3.72 (32.94 ± 3.72) points, and 32.97 ± 4.35 points in medical majors (P <0.05). There was a significant difference between the two groups Points (39.61 ± 5.55) points, college students (36.78 ± 4.90) points, medical students (38.36 ± 4.28) points, mild depression in different levels of education are different. Conclusion The mental health level of Yan’an students is generally low, especially for middle school students and schools, which is the main place to promote the healthy and harmonious development of students.
