In order to carry on research work in the field of super-heavy nuclei, our institute plans to build up a new system in HIRFL-TR2 terminal. The working pressure in target chamber is 100 Pa and the working pressure in beam line is lower than 10-5 Pa. It is almost impossible to achieve this transition through a single tube because the distance between target chamber and beam line is only 2 m. So it is necessary for us to design a set of multistage differential vacuum system. The principle of differential vacuum system is showed as Fig. 1.
