成语“本末倒置”出自朱熹《朱文公文集》,字面含义是树根和树梢放置颠倒了,喻意把事物主要的和次要的、本质的和非本质的关系弄错位了。近来,在我国资本市场上出现的令众皆侧目的“野蛮人”事件可谓国人皆知,热度极高。被证监会掌门人刘士余痛斥为“野蛮人”者,其原形实则为我国保险行业中的几个小兵小将,其法定职责或者说本能本是风险管理而不是制造风险,即按中国保监会的掌门人项俊波主席明示,保险首先应该“姓保”。但这几个“野蛮人”的行径却完全与“本末倒置”的喻意相吻合,竟成为资本市场风险的制造者。
