颈淋巴腺结核系临床上常见疾病之一,每长期不癒。过去多采取肿大淋巴结剔除,切开排脓,使用抗结核药物保守疗法等,终不能彻底治癒,常反复住院求治。1958年春我们参考了沈阳军区总院史正修同志使用截根疗法治疗颈淋巴腺结核效果观察报导后,于4—6月份就我院住院之颈淋巴腺结核患者12例,试用截根疗法并配合雷米风内服,兹将初步疗效和体会,作一介绍以供参考。

The spring of 1958, we refer to the Shenyang Military Region General Hospital Comrade Shi Zhengxiu use of truncated therapy for treatment of cervical lymph node tuberculosis results observed and reported in our hospital from April to June of cervical lymph node tuberculosis in 12 patients, trial truncation therapy and with Remy wind internal service, it will be the initial effect and experience, make an introduction for reference.
