全国“两会”召开之前,各省市已纷纷召开人大、政协会议,发布“政府工作报告”、倾听入会代表呼声。其中,有关信息化的展望与建言引人关注。通过对各省市政府工作报告和两会代表言论的检索,我们发现,一些地方(既有经济发达地区,也有经济欠发达地区)的“报告”并未涉及“信息化”;谈及“信息化”的“报告”则更加务实:目标更具体、思路更清晰。总体而言,地方“报告”对信息化的“态度”冷静、客观。同时,地方两会代表对信息化给予了热情的关注——从公开报道的消息看,代表们两会期间谈论的“问题”多于“成绩”。以下为地方两会部分相关内容。
