慢性粒细胞白血病合并非造血系统恶性肿瘤较少见,我院收治2例,现报告如下。例1:患者,男、32岁,78年2月在当地医院经骨穿诊断为慢性粒细胞白血病。服中药治疗后症状缓解。79年2月在北京某医院再次经骨穿确诊为慢性粒细胞白血病,服靛玉红治疗。同年4月左侧扁桃腺迅速肿大如鸡蛋,在四川医学院行组织活检,确诊为“左侧扁桃体低分化癌”,接受了化疗和放疗,左侧扁桃体明显缩小。79年7月30日收入本院。查体:左颌下、锁骨上、两腋下、腹股沟均能触及花生米至蚕豆大淋巴结,咽充血,双侧扁桃体Ⅰ°肿大,表面光滑,未见分泌物.心肺(一),
