应用山莨菪碱加羟乙基淀粉及维生素C治疗不稳定型心绞痛51例,心绞痛显效率47％,心电图显效率33％,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);心电图总有效率为65％。治疗后两例心电图恶化,其中1例室颤猝死,而对照组有4例心电图恶化,其中两例发生AMI,一例室颤猝死。认为本疗法对不稳定型心绞痛的症状缓解,心电图改善,促进心肌恢复及预防并发症,都有良好作用。
51 cases of unstable angina pectoris were treated with anisodamin plus hydroxyethyl starch and vitamin C, the effective rate of angina pectoris was 47% and the electrocardiogram ef fi ciency was 33%, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of electrocardiogram was 65 %. After treatment, two cases of ECG worsened, including 1 case of sudden death of ventricular fibrillation, while the control group had 4 cases of ECG deterioration, including two cases of AMI, a case of sudden ventricular fibrillation. That this therapy for unstable angina symptoms, ECG improvement, promote myocardial recovery and prevent complications, have a good effect.
