本文采用Huybrechts线性组合算符和变分法相结合的方法,研究了极性晶体膜内电子-声子弱耦合系统的基态能量,得到了作为膜厚和耦合常数函数的极化子的自陷能,对GaAs晶体计算了不同支声子与电子相互作用对极化子自陷能的贡献。
In this paper, we combine the Huybrechts linear combinatorial operator with the variational method to study the ground-state energies of the electron-phonon weakly coupled system in a polar crystal film, and obtain the trapped energy of the polaron as a function of the film thickness and the coupling constant , The contributions of different phonon-electron interactions on the trapped energy of polaron were calculated for GaAs crystals.
