国务院于一九八三年九月二十日发布的《中华人民共和国中外合资经营企业法实施条例》第一百条规定:“合营企业的合营期限,根据不同行业和项目的具体情况,由合营各方协商决定。一般项目的合营期限原则上为十年至三十年。投资大、建设周期长、资金利润率低的项目,合营期限也可以在三十年以上。”现修改为:
