各地经常搞一些教学研究活动,邀请教学能手、专家讲学。这些能手、专家,因长期从事实践,悉心研究,积累了不少可贵的经验,请他们讲学,对搞好教学工作是大有禆益的。然而有些邀请者常常要求他们“借班上课”。被邀请者每到一地,除作讲座外,还要上一堂“样板课”。这一做法我认为值得商榷。历来强调备课要备两头,要吃透两头:一是教材,一是学生。现在看来,这仍然是搞好教学工作的重要法门。教学
Often engage in some teaching and research activities around, invited teaching experts, experts lectures.
