目的探讨CT增强延时扫描技术在肝脏肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用效果。方法选择2015年10月至2016年5月期间在本院行手术治疗确诊为肝脏肿瘤的82例患者作为受试者。本组患者术前行CT增强延时扫描检查,随后行手术切除治疗,患者手术病理结果出具后与术前CT增强延时扫描诊断结果比较,并总结影像表现特征。结果 82例患者经CT增强延时扫描诊断:与病理诊断完全相符合者为77例,符合率为96.15%;原发性肝癌漏诊1例,肝母细胞瘤误诊为原发性肝癌2例,肝脏局灶性结节性增生误诊为肝血管瘤2例。结论 CT增强扫描延迟技术对于肝脏肿瘤鉴别诊断准确性较高,可为临床诊断和手术方案制定提供可靠的依据。
Objective To investigate the application of CT enhanced delayed scan in the differential diagnosis of liver tumors. Methods Eighty-two patients with liver tumor diagnosed surgically in our hospital from October 2015 to May 2016 were selected as subjects. This group of patients underwent preoperative CT enhanced delayed scan examination, followed by surgical resection and treatment of patients with surgical pathology results issued after preoperative CT enhanced delayed scan diagnostic results compared and summarized imaging features. Results 82 patients were diagnosed by CT-enhanced delayed scan: 77 cases were completely matched with the pathological diagnosis, the coincidence rate was 96.15%; 1 case of primary liver cancer misdiagnosis, 2 hepatoblastoma misdiagnosed as primary hepatocellular carcinoma, Liver focal nodular hyperplasia misdiagnosed as hepatic hemangioma in 2 cases. Conclusion CT enhanced scan delay technique has high accuracy for differential diagnosis of liver tumors and can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and surgical planning.
