高职教育强调实践能力培养目标要与就业目标对接,体现其职业方向性,从而帮助学生实现零距离上岗。本文针对连锁经营管理专业就业形势和能力培养特点,从改革我院连锁经营管理专业实践能力培养体系出发,探讨如何改变教学内容和方法,改善实习模式等,以提高人才培养质量。
Higher vocational education emphasizes the cultivation of practical ability to meet the goal of employment and docking, reflecting the direction of their occupation, so as to help students to achieve zero-distance induction. In this paper, according to the employment situation and ability training of chain management specialty, this paper starts with reforming the practice ability training system of chain management specialty in our college, discusses how to change the teaching contents and methods and improve the practice mode so as to improve the quality of personnel training.
