与高职学校教育相结合的学徒制度是培养高职学生应用实践能力的重要途径。开展校企联合办学活动,建立现代学徒制度是国家发展高级职业教育的重要策略。本文主要以高职动车组检修技术专业人才培养为例,分析高职学徒制教育特点,在阐述现代学徒制问题的基本上,探讨构建学徒培养机制的有效策略。
Apprenticeship system combined with vocational school education is an important way to cultivate practical ability of students in vocational colleges. Carrying out school-enterprise joint school activities and establishing modern apprenticeship system is an important strategy for developing higher vocational education in our country. This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of apprenticeship education in higher vocational colleges by taking the training of technical personnel for maintenance of higher vocational EMUs as an example. On the basis of expounding the problems of modern apprenticeship, this paper discusses the effective strategies of constructing apprenticeship mechanism.
