2013年10月10日,国家食品药品监管总局向国务院报送了《中华人民共和国食品安全法(修订草案送审稿)》(以下简称送审稿)。国务院法制办公室将送审稿及其修订说明、送审稿与现行法律条文对照表全文公布,征求社会各界意见,近日征求意见截止。笔者了解到,其中有关保健食品的相关内容有了较大的充实和修改。业内人士指出,营养与保健食品行业是未来食品产业中最具发展潜力的行业,借助食品安全法的修改,我国应建立和完善符合国情、能够有效促进行业发展的保健食品监管体制。
On October 10, 2013, the State Food and Drug Administration submitted the “Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China (Revised Draft for Review and Approval Draft)” (hereinafter referred to as the draft for review and approval) to the State Council. The Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council will release the draft for review and the revisions, the draft of the draft for review and the table of the legal provisions of the current full text to seek the views of all sectors of the community, the recent comments deadline. I learned that the relevant content of the health food has been greatly enriched and modified. Insiders pointed out that the nutrition and health food industry is the future development of the food industry in the most potential industries, with the amendment of the Food Safety Law, our country should establish and improve in line with national conditions, can effectively promote the development of health food regulatory system.
